Empanadas, two varieties
(1) cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese
(2) refried black beans, yellow corn, chipotle sauce
Saturday, 1/21/12
Breakfast: quiche with chard, sweet onion, tomatoes, and goat cheese, with a browned mozzarella top-crust, served with sprouted wheat toast and a choice of blackberry jam or raspberry preserves
Dinner: black bean and corn burgers (served on egg buns with choice of habañero jack or sharp white Cabot cheddar cheeses, Bibb lettuce, tomatoes, and assorted condiments, with a side of french fries)
